A global manufacturer of car/truck batteries. In this project, our team was responsible for the development and commissioning of all PLC and robot programs for a battery assembly line according to the customer’s request. The plant was designed to assemble a battery module from 600 cylindrical batteries. We worked with student teachers in the robot programming department and several KUKA robots.
