Project Details
Our customer was one of the world’s leading manufacturers of ultrasonic welding machines. Our team worked closely with their Product and R&D departments to create a new control platform based on Twincat 3 and develop a new user interface from scratch. In this project we were responsible for implementing the entire machine process, motion control, DB linkage, image processing algorithms for quality control and object detection, safety plc programming and the entire user interface.
